I'm a Software Developer based in Portsmouth, with a passion for digital services and design. Currently, I'm working under the role of Software Developer for Transalis Ltd, but still I participate in projects outside of day-to-day work to pursue my interests and develop my skills! Since graduating from Portsmouth University, I have delved more into the world of frontend development and API design! More recently, I have found myself doing more freelance web development work, designing and creating websites for clients and helping them achieve their creative vision.

Technical Knowledge

  • Industry Web development experience using HTML, CSS and Modern JavaScript (including Angular and React), with some experience in TypeScript and PHP as well as developing progressive web apps.

  • Industry API development experience using Modern JavaScript and AWS Cloud technologies.

  • Application development experience using Java, Python, C++, Haskell and JavaScript (with Node.js).

  • Mobile application development experience using Java and Maven (with Android Studio), as well as experience developing complete mobile applications using Dart (including Flutter) for iOS and Android compliance.

  • Industry experience in working with Git version control and maintenance / contribution to code repositories, including experience using Git automation with CI/CD.

  • Comfortable in a Windows and MacOS environment, with experience in Linux.

  • Competent with Bash commands and scripts.

  • Able to create and modify SQL queries, with experience using MariaDB, SQLite and Athena.

  • Proficient with the use of Adobe Photoshop, Figma and similar creative softwares.
